Question: Where can I find the Alert Solutions ?
Answer: Every Alert has a unique Solution. At the bottom of each Alert is a link to that Alert Solution. Click on the link to go to that Alert Solution.
Question: Why can't I access the Alert Solution ? When I click on the Alert Solution link, it takes me to a Membership Signup page.
Answer: While many of our valuable Features are Free, access to our effective, easy to follow Alert Solutions requires a paid Membership Plan. Click here to Become a Member
Question: I’ve purchased a Membership and selected my Member Preferences, but why am I still receiving all Alert Notifications?
Answer: By default, all new Members are setup to receive all Alerts. In your Membership signup email, there are instructions on how to customize your Membership Preferences:
1) Use the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the New Member email to stop receiving All Alerts. If you can't find the email, then request an Unsubscribe Email.
2) Go to the Membership main menu option of PriveWire and click on the Member Preferences. There you will be able to customize the categories for Alerts you receive.
Note: You must complete both steps above in order for the customization of Alert Notifications to take effect.
